i've been on the programe for a couple of week now and i found i hard to raise my lifts by 2.5% everytime i lift. Is it my body or is it too much to expect raiing that much on a lift each week.
I am natural, diet is good, sleep is good, intensity is great.
Anyone have similar problems?
