MAN--can barely do legs anymore because my back gets so pumped and it hurts!!!

Guys got any suggestions for a remedy--i can barely squat without my back cramping and getting so tight--then i gotta lay down and stretch for 20 minutes.. I talked to one guy and he suggested taking Nubain only leg days but i dont wanna do that!! Right now before legs i take advil with a lot of energy crap
 
i had to run about 1/4 mile today..afte rruning 1/4 of block in downtown a almost fell over becouse of painn... about 10 meters into the run..lol my back became so pumped..i copudltn walk..then about 20 meters later my shins almsot gav eout..i literally asat on th esidewalk for about 5 minutes squirming liek i was having a heart atack or osmehting in pain..peopel askin gif i was ok..lol... it happens bro...it sucsk however.. i even lately get pumps..from walking up the stairs..lol
 
mabie you are leanin too far forward...doing partial good morning raises instead.
try stayin more vertical.
just a thought, mabie you know how to sqaut properly.
I sure see a lot that dont, but I give em more credit than the no squatters.
also add deads on back day if you dont already to strenghten lower back up.
 
WOW! i've been having the same problem. Last night my lower back was protruding at least 1.5 inches from my spine after squatting, my wife was worried, I can barely walk today. I had to stop legs in the middle of the workout. incredibly painfull. no dbol though, ethanate
