Macro/Ulter... when do I take all this stuff?

Ok, my ratio is 50%P/25%C/25%F, at about 1400 calories a day. My carb intake is generally around 70 grams a day during low carb and 140ish on carb-up days. Fat I try to get between 40 - 60. If anything I end up a little under, never over.

I work out in the mornings currently (that may be changing as I'm getting ready to start working at the gym during the day), and tend to do 5 meals a day.

I have Glucorell, Cardio Breeze, Trex, and Sesamax.

I take the CB in the AM's when I am going to do cardio and am in :heart: with it. On days that I forget to take it, I can really tell a difference.

I always forget to take Glucorell. :lmao:

My carbs are mostly oats, and vegetables, with an occasional glass of skim milk and fruit (apple/orange/or plum).

My diet generally goes:
MEAL 1: HB egg whites, turkey bacon (or oats if it is a carb day)
WORKOUT
MEAL 2: PWO shake
MEAL 3: lean meat (chicken or fish), veggie. ANPB and whipped topping for dessert if I'm still hungry
MEAL 4: typically lean meat and another veggie. This is the time of day where I am most suceptible to carb cravings.
MEAL 5: depending on time of day. early evening: lean meat, veggie. late evening: protein shake with water.
If I ate #5 very early and didn't fall asleep putting the kids to bed, I will have a last shake and maybe TBSP ANPB right before bed.

So, where do I put Gluc/TREX/Sesamax?
 
Oh. It might help if I told you what I was trying to do. LOL. I am 20.2% bodyfat, down from a starting level of 33.1%. My goal is 18% by 10/31 and 15% by 12/31.
 
Sorry I didn't see your post.

Glucorell is taken before carb meals, but you knew that. The Thermorexin should be taken with meals and take the dose you can tolerate best. It should be one capsule twice a day to begin with since you're already using CB in the morning.
Sesamax is used with meals and you should take 2 three times a day, the max dose, until you get closer to your goals.
 
at the full dose of sesamax, some users may experience lethargy and excessive heat (due to metabolic shift and accellaration of metabolism). if this is the case you may want to cut back if this affects your training, if not... well.. enjoy :)
