Seated Cable Row - 3x10
DB Front Raises (thumb up) - 3x10 and Lat Pulldwon - 3x10 Superset
DB Front Raises 45 degree angle (thumb up) - 2x15
DB Lat Raises (elbow bent at 90 deg.) - 2x15
Bench Press 3x10

Rotator work with bands

Extra Stuff:
Back Extension - 3x10
Crunches on Ball - 3x20

Cardio:
Bike 20 min

1:45pm:
6 oz chicken breast w/lemon&garlic marinade
1/2 cup jasmine rice
1/2 cup caramel corn :worried:

4pm:
1 single serving bag potato chips (yeah well needed salt, crunch and carb)

7pm:
1 hardboiled egg

10pm:
1 can tuna
1tbsp may
5 crackers

~ 3/4 gallon of water

Totals:
Calories 1632
Fat 44.5
Carbs 174
Protein 135

I think I have some ZMA left here somewhere. My vitamins have potassium too (actually they have everything you can think of in them). lol

1.5 tbsp olive oil

9pm:

10:45:
6oz Tilapia cooked in olive oil
1 cup broccoli

~ 1 gallon water
