I see some "slight" changes.......BUT


Im not a fan of messing around with things when there is no reason.......as long as the scale is dropping, lets save the tweaks for when you need them.

Evening:
2 glasses shiraz
1 mojito
2 glasses white pear sangria

Sun Tanned Salmon
Pan roasted fillet of salmon bronzed with rum, honey, mango and cracked pepper. Served on dried shrimp-scallion paella. Accompanied by sauteed broccoli rabe, sweet plantains and romesco sauce.

Tropical Chips and Fresh Salsa: Plantain chips served with spicy enchillado salsa.

DB Front Raises (thumb up) - 3x10 and Lat Pulldwon - 3x10 Superset
DB Front Raises 45 degree angle (thumb up) - 2x15
DB Lat Raises (elbow bent at 90 deg.) - 2x15
Bench Press 3x10

Rotator work with bands

Extra Stuff:
Back Extension - 3x10
Crunches on Ball - 3x20

Cardio:
Bike 20 min

~ 1/2 gallon water
