Grilled chicken sandwich on hard roll w/tomato, prosciutto
basalmic vingerette and arugula.

Tiny (~ 1cup) mixed greens w/ 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegarette

5:50pm:
2oz turkey breast lunchmeat

7pm:
1 cup tea w/tsp honey

7:45pm:
Syntrax Nectar Whey Protein Isolate

9pm:
8oz Tilapia sauteed in olive oil
1 cup green beans


Totals:
Calories 1352
Fat 59.5
Carbs 73.5
Protein 135

Actually my target is 1320, I'm doing by x11... so it's even more perfect ;). I'm getting a bit frustrated right now though because of this damn cold. I really hope it is over by the end of this week. Not really sure that I should go to the gym tonight. The sore throat started last night. 3 weeks of this nonsense. Very frustrating since I'm so psyched to get back on track.
 
To go to the gym or not??? I feel a lot better this afternoon. Sore throat is mostly gone. Should I take another day of rest or just go? I really don't want this cold bouncing back again.

Protein 132.5

Mistakes of the day: should've had a small chili instead of large, but was starving. Wouldn't have gone over calories then and would have only been about 4g over on fat. That or I could've ditched the sunflower seeds and would've been under cals and fat.

I concede. I will post training pics and measurements early next week. I'm trying to find a place where I can get a 7 site skinfold. Not successful yet.

Cosi Shanghai Chicken Salad (ate 1/2... was not very good today. ate all chicken.... today is cheat day, should've just enjoyed it and had cheesesteak.
