Just thought i'd start this thread to see what kind of information i could get on eating habits. i'm currently just trying to eat as little fat as possible, but with my limited knowledge of nutrition, and lack of information, im finding the variety of foods that i've been eating to be serioussly lacking. At the pace im going i dont think it'll be long before im eating shit again.
Just thought there might have been others like me who need more tips for healthy eating?
Any suggestions for low fat foods and high protein foods would be appreciated - for any or all meals, snacks ect. Ive just been eating boiled eggs, pasta, rice etc
