Lost with diet

Help with Cutting Diet

Hi All,

This is my first post so I hope it is in the right place!!

I am having real difficulty sorting out my diet to lose weight and was hoping you may be able to tell me if I am right or wrong.

I am 5"6 weight around 89kg and lift 5 - 6 times per week and do 30mins low intensity cardio 5 times per week and I also walk a 1/2 hour to and from work every day. think my bf is around 18% has been a long time since I checked. My aim is to drop my overall BF % to around the 10% mark I am also on a clen cycle at the moment I worked out my BMR and removed 500 cal which worked out at around 2100cal so my diet is now like this:

Breakfast Shake Cal 251
Breakfast Shake Carbs 25
Breakfast Shake Protein 25
Grams Brown Rice 200
Cal 707
Carbs 150
Grams Chicken Breast 700
Cal 1085
Protein 210
Total Calories PD 2043
Total Carbs PD 175
Total Protein PD 235

Plus around 800g of mixed veg and a couple of banana's

Some people say I should eat less othrs say more, I am completely stuck!! Any assistance would be greatly appreciatted
