Ok, i am lean, 14.5 stone, 35yrs old, 12% bodyfat, fast metabolism. I'm looking to get to about 9% bf by cutting out pasta, bread, cake, cream. cheese. biscuits, puddings etc.....I eat a lot of those type foods as well as the good stuff but I don't put fat on...as I said before I have a VERY fast metabolism, I just want a harder look (not ripped though). Any other advice folks? How long should it take to see results?
