I was down Virginia Beach this summer and I went to Wareing's gym for the week. I came across a routine down there in there sets of routines for different bodyparts. I think it was for chest and arms. It started out with 3 sets of 5 on the bench I think. It was on something like a wide postcard. If u know someone that works out down there or u do please help me find that routine. I tried it down there and I loved it. It was called "power" something.
