Ok first off I'm tired with my lifting split right now. I want to switch it up a little, but I want to keep it a 5 day a week schedule which will be on Mon.Wed,Thur,Fri,Sat thats due to my schedule so thats how I have to arrange it. Well atleast in a week when I start school for my fuckin job.but anyway My split looks like this.
Day 1-Chest
Day 2-Biceps,Forearms
Day 3-Legs
Day 4-Back
Day 5-Shoulders,Tris
Cardio every moring at 400 Am a jog ranging in time from 10-25 minutes.
Now any body have a new 5 day split for me that will switch shit up a little bit any advise will be appreciated.
