So, maybe this is just me, but thinking its not. How do YOU log your workouts? Notebook? Piece of paper? Memory? Smart Phone App?
Reason I ask is I'm finding it a challenge to log everything. Im trying to use an App for android, but it just seems to take longer than Id like. So ive been jotting stuff down on scap paper, then transposing it. Any way, Im going to get better at it, but for now it just seems like such a PITA!. Not to mention diet!! Damn! I need some ideas, someone must have a great method?
