I'll stick with it, I should see SOME results in about a month...??
I had 1 cup of oatmeal for breakfast this morning, instead of the usual 1/2 & there is no way I could choke back 4 egg whites on top of that..now if I added some milk, would that work for protien? Or perhapes cut it back to 1/2 cup oat. & have room for the egg whites..
Im sorry if this sounds stupid, I just want to make sure I do it right, Im tired of going in circles. I've even considered waking up @5am to get ALL the meals in for the day & start doing am cardio again.
Also, besides BCAA, Mulit-vit, Protien & Glut. are there any other supp's in any of your opinions that would be worth giving a shot.
I used to take cell mass- but didnt notice much from it. Than, you mention super pump- worth the $$$???
