Ok, what do you do when it's like 11:30 p.m. on a Friday,Saturday or Sunday night and you're watching TV, playing Playstation/Xbox, etc. and you get those late night cravings.
I couldn't help myself last weekend and I had a small bag of doritos and a hoho.
I mean it wasn't really that bad, I dieted ALL week long and really it was my cheat food for the week.
What do you guys/gals do when you get those late night cravings?
