mahi mahi filet, cooked in butter, black pepper, and lemon.

cup of rice, black cherry yogurt, and a 7up soda...

phat. or fat. one or the other.

how many grams of fat do you think this is?

Don't know about the gramage but you want fats and protein before you go to bed. What you don't want right before bed are all those carbs you just took in. They're all going straight to your ass.

oh great, are they going to my hips too? i hate eating food, it just goes right to my hips. <cries>

It doesn't sound like that many cals. A 12-ounce Soda is around 130-150- calories. The cup of rice is around 200 cals. The yogurt is 100 cals at least. The Fish depends on the size. I'd say you're right around 600 cals though. Plus a ton of protein. I wouldn't sweat the fat. I am a calorie guy myself. I don't count carbs, cause I don't have to, although I do try to stay away from simple sugars for the most part. I count cals per meal. I stay right around 5-600 every 3 hours.

BTW...you should always wait an hour before lying down after a meal. It helps for proper digestion. I just had a small bowl of plain Pasta w/ Olive Oil, and a slice Whole Wheat Bread. That was at 3:30. I'll have my Tea now, and wait until 4:30 to hit the sheets.
