Ladies of elite I need help for GF please

Hi my gf has been training now for 9 months. She is doing 40 minutes of treadmill after her weights 5 days a week and she does not miss a workout unless she is dying. She is on her 2nd week of Omna250 1/2 cc a week, clen and t3 on a ramp up ramp down program (did our homework first) She is doing around 75 grams of carbs and 140grams protien and 30 grams of clean fat a day with one cheat meal a week.

So far she has managed to drop 5 dress sizes from February and weighs 132 now down from 148. Problem is she has alot of fat around her abs which is still covering the defintion and it does not seem to be going away same problem in glute area as well. All else is shaping up very well. Will this current cycle bring tht BF down quite a bit or will it just build muscle underneth the fat?

First, get her off the sust, it lasts too long in the body. Next, she needs to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, not after the weights. What's her diet like? If she weighs 132 she needs to consume @ a minimum 260g of protein. Also she can try Anavar as an AS after the diet is in check. Look into getting some YohimBurn or Yohimbine HCL, it can help with the estrogenic fat stores...BUT start with the diet first...It is essential!!:)
 
There is no need to rush. She has made remarkable accomplishment in a short amount of time and should be commended for that. If she just continues training and eat clean, the fat will come off...forget the cheat meal and see what that does and remember, cardio on an empty gut;)
 
Why is your girl on sust? Nothing against it but what are her reasons...Can you post a sample of her diet?? I agree cardio in the AM..is best. If she is really looking to get cut and that is her ultimate goal she may have to cut out her cheat meal...Also is she eating 75 grams every day? She should try rotating her carbs and have high and low days...keeping carbs the same every day is not going to work!! Her body will adjust and she will just maintain and not lose any more.
 
Why is she on T3 as well?? Did you try a ECA stack? Could run into problems later w/ that as well..Is she experiencing any sides from the 250? Is she aware of the possible sides..and she will get some on that dosage.
 
Thanks Nubianbeauty. She is doing the cardio on a empty stomach after the weights and when you said forgot the cheat day did you mean do away with it or not to worry about it. Cause she has made it a point to tell me she needs it or else she will not be able to stay on the program. Remember this lady was a 160lbs at 10 years old and has been fighting against food for 30 years. Your right she has made some huge improvements. New@gettingbig the t3 was my trainers idea that just took 3rd in the USA this year so I hope he knows what he is doing with her. Her tollerance to stims is huge hydroxicut and that stuff does not phase her. We are following the t3 usage very carefully. As far as sides on the 250 the only thing so far is wieght has gone up a little 125 to 132 , water retention, agressivness, clit enlargment and nipple sensitivity all which we can live with and she is fine with those sides. We are enjoying it to tell you the truth LOL Will she lose Bf on this cycle? Can I email you with pics that show her problem areas more clearly? Luvtolift
 
She needs to do the cardio in the AM on am empty stomach..and the weights in the evening..immediately after the weight training a high carb protein shake add some glutamine and then a meal within 2 hours of training. She needs to lift heavy and go to failure. YES, ditch the cheat meal or @ least not as bad of a cheat meal. I cut my cheat meal out all together and started lifting heavy and lost about 15 lbs in 4 weeks, now that was not typical and I also used an ECA stack. Can you post her diet?
 
Ladies I will be happy to post her diet tomorrow after I see her this evening and get the info from her. I can tell you no rice, pasta, breads, and no carbs after 3pm. No friut just vegtables protiens clean fats and up to 1 1/2 gallons of water a day. New the reason for the sus was that everyone was giving it rave revues both in my gym and on this board as working well for women. She had already did Winnie oral up to 20 mgs a day with little to no effect and the stuff was real. So we decided to try the sus for 6weeks to see what happens she has a very high tollerance to AS's as we have already found out with a earlier cycle of clen at up to 7 pills a day and she barley got shaky off that. That many would have had me climbing the walls and I am 230lbs. Luvtolift
 
Sust is for bulking and if she continues to use it she will also continue to gain weight:( and if she is not going to compete there is abolutely no need for her to take it. If she is only looking to lose weight/body fat...DIET is key:) I know you mean well but please get her off the Sust and if SHE wants the AS opt for Anavar, it will increase her strength immensely and get rid of some fat. Use it with Creatine because it stimulates the phosphocreatine synthesis in the muscle cell.

focus on diet and intense weight training not supps or AS, thats too little calories also
 
i am eating 3 times that amount, am 5' 6" and weight training. I eat close to double my weight in protein, clean fats and carbs.
I also rotate my high/low carb days to change it up. Ive GAINED weight, but lost BF......that should be the goal here.....BF not weight,,,,and FYI i am currently weighing in at 159 lbs and never looked better :D
 
So 3V your saying that she is more then likly undereating which is causing her to store fat instead of burn it right. I thought that in order to lost wieght you had to take in less calories then you burn per day which led to a decrease in body weight? Also forgot to tell you that her calories range from 1200 to 1800 and she rotates through out the week. Hmm I am confused when I start dieting for a show I go from 5000 cals a day to around 1500 a day the fat melts off me like ice? What makes you women so different in that aspect? Luvtolift
 
Spatterson and Triple V, Hdbdygirl did you see her pics? I was wondering why her progress came to a complete stop. She was doing great on her program then she just platued out of no where. Like I said the fat around or on top of her abs just will not go away and lower part of her glutes is the same way. Very stubbern areas for her to get rid of since she had her child 17 years ago and then blew up to 180lbs.
 
Hey New@ I hear what you are saying about the BF levels but is it not true that when women lose several inches that it normally is caused by fat reduction and not water or muscle loss. Cause she has gone down 5 sizes in 9 months it is just her gut that she is having trouble with the rest is looking very much improved. Thanks. I really should have her fat tested though. Just too much money right now for both of us. I do have some calipers at home but I do not know how to use them. Any suggustions would be helpfull they are the plastic digital type.
 
k, get her off the sus... what are you doing to her? get her on a stack of vars, winny tabs, and primo... ditch the t3, keep the clen..

ditch the cheat meal, cardio first thing in am, and if she is really feeling motivated, then another twenty to thirty minutes after her weight training in the evening...

Get her protein up to AT LEAST 175g. Get her carbs up a couple days to 175, then drop down a couple days to 80-100. fats are alright... allow for leeway.. if her cravings are intense and she is miserable allow some extra fats.. have a nice big salmon fillet, or maybe some natural pb to fill the void.

if she is not getting ready for a show, the second cardio session isn't realistic (or if she isn't nuts) just bump up the intensity on the first... but the second will make a world of a difference.

Please don't take this out on me. I can understand you are mad cause you think that I am messing her up but it was my trainers idea to put her on her cycle not mine. This guy is a cert trainer and just won 3rd place in the lightheavies in the USA show in Vegas this year. He just won a sponsership from Prolab to endorse thier products and he also trained many women into contest shap so my GF and I both hoped that he knew what he was talking about. Judging from the responses from the ladies here maybe he did not. As far as her diet goes she is around 180 grams of protien a day carbs 75 fat 30. Her max right now for calories is 1800. I do not know what her lean mass is right now but her total weight is 132lbs at 5' tall. Cardio or any kind of training in the evening is out of the question due to other comitments she has so she will just have to keep doing her training and cardio in the morning. She only has a protein shake before she heads to the gym and is only has one gram of carbs(Promax by Muscle Max) so she is doing her cardio on a empty stomach by the time she is done with her weight training. Are you suggusting that she goes on anavar, winnie and primo all at the same time. My girlfriend (Mona) and I thank you for your concern. Luvtolift
 
Thanks Warlobo for the input. Have you seen her pics on the womens picture section? I know she is not 15% but she looks far from 30% as well. Should I just drop her off the test just like that or will that screw something up? Also she told me she does not plan to compete due to severe stretch marks on her belly loose skin left over from a pregnency 17 years ago but she would like to look like she could walk on stage if she wanted to. Would it be a good idea to just finish up the t3 and clen cause I know it is not good to just stop the t3 without ramping down. You know it's easy for women to go from a to b when losing fat and building muscle but is it a real challange to get them from b to c and so on . Did read your post long time ago but she is unable to join right now due to $ right now.L2L
 
Warlobo for some reason everytime she trys to log on to any site on Elite they ask for her to join the plat membership for some reason and she cannot access the posts. I don't get it. For awhile she could access the posts but could not reply now nothing at all? Maybe she should clean out her cookies and try again. You did not mention if you saw her pics or not your input would mean alot to both of us. She deserves alot of props for the changes she had to make in her life. She was 180lbs a few years ago.L2L
 
I was under the impression with the post that your girl was competing... and no, I am not mad... I was just making a little joke because all too often boyfriends try to get their women in shape... but it takes the time to learn for herself, and know her body well enough to make her own decisions about food, training, supplementation.

I offered the suggestions for supplementation for competition purposes only... no reason to get that excited to "get in shape."

Hey DG I know what you are talking about when it comes to some men that are in such a hurry to get thier women to turn into hard bodies they don't realize the risks they are subjecting the women too. These guys should be taken out and shot. Warlobo was right women are very complicated creatures when it comes to training and diet and they need to find out for themselves what works for them and what does not effect thier health in a negative way. I am taking my gf off the sus and just let her do things the hard way, Training and diet and the rest is up to her. Thanks for the input and I hope my gf can come on here soon so she can talk to you ladies herself. L2L
