Had a really good session today. Got PR's on everything except Pushdowns. At least I matched it though. Went from 3 to 5 reps on incline bench at 315 from 6 weeks ago. Also cranked out 25 BW dips towards the end of the session. They felt so damn light. LOL. Wish they had a belt to add weight at this gym. Oh well. I refuse to buy another piece to haul around in the gym bag. Its already loaded up and heavy enough. Ok everyone have a good few days of training to finish of the week. Will be back tomorrow for a light back day.

Didnt quite go light today like planned. LOL. Had a good solid session. Not bad considering I got about 2 hours sleep last night. Damn cpap sucks when I don't shave. Air just blows all around the seal. Will shave today so I can get good sleep. Just kept waking up and decided to have a protein shake and protein bar each time. Did this twice. BW is at a low of 252 today. Go figure? Ok everyone close out this week with some incredible gym sessions!!! Wont be hitting the weights again until Monday. Everyone have a good weekend!!!

Love the goal setting. 405 would be an incredible accomplishment!Yes my chest and delts are by far my weakest link so to finally break the 315 barrier on incline is imo the turning point in my journey. I think 405 next summer is likely for a couple reps.
As soon as I am done with this cut I am going to go on a strength building phase concentrating on the three big lifts. Most likely 5x5 on squat, incline bench, and deadlift. Went in and did squats for the first time since early April. Just for the feel of it and nothing hard. Lots left in the tank just wanted to get a feel for it again since its been over 4 months. Semaglutide really starting to kick my ass now. Not hungry at all. Will be a challenge to eat enough. Weight is really starting to drop fast now. Expect 3 lbs per week for the next few weeks. Ok everyone have a good push to the end of the week. Will be back on Friday for Chest/Tri's.

Finally got in a deadlift session for the first time since early April. Havent lost any strength. Did the same weight that I ended off with in April. Probably going to deadlift every other week. Its a good feeling when you can take 4 months off from a certain lift and do the same weight and reps. Hoping to increase my reps to sets of 5 in two weeks. Will be doing RDL on every leg day will also keep strength up. This way I am getting some type of deadlift in every week. Ok everyone have a strong week and get shredded and strong with me!!!

Good progress brother It's great to see you constantly killing it,as for the tren iv never actually tried it myself but my brother ran it for up to 12 weeks and he was a proper mess lol I like my sleep way to much and I need my aggression to stay low...so it's probably something I wouldn't run myself.09/09/24

Can definitely feel the effects of losing 16 lbs so far on this cut. Each week is getting more challenging but I am holding my own and still hitting PR's every week it seems. Today stated on 50mg Anadrol per day and 200mg Masteron E per week. This is the current PED use until the cycle ends in aprox 4-5 weeks. Everything all depends on if things keep going better than planned could extend the cutting cycle. All depends on how I respond to the Anadrol.

Had a fun day doing singles on the squat. Hoping to be able to do a 5x5 with todays top weight in about 8-10 weeks. I figure after I am done with this cut in 5 weeks I can start lifting heavier. I cant believe how much fat I've lost. The amount of loose skin I have on my lower abs is insane. I hope it wont cost much to have it surgically removed. I should get some photos up tomorrow. Lighting sucks in this apt so hopefully I can get it to show up properly. I am thinking about increasing my Anadrol dosage to 75mg on training days to take advantage of the workout. I think it will be ok as I am monitoring my bp and it has actually gone down since stopping the tren. About 125/76. Only taking 40mg Telmasartan and will go up to 80 if I have too. I am also going to front load the Masteron E to 300mg per week the first 2 weeks to get saturation levels in faster and then back off to 200mg if I notice my back feels like I am sleeping rocks.
