Weight 199( dropped some weight working so hard these last few days.. It's inevitable with my job)

10 min bike ride just to loosen legs

Deadlift
275x5x5x5 ( kept it light back is sore from cribbing as is)

Rear delt cable crossovers superset face pulls ( 4 sets)
Tricep rope downs superset hammer strength presses (4 sets)
Seated calf raises super set standing calf raises on smith ( 4 sets)
Narly 8 min bicep circuit

Hard day if work just did some fun exercises to blow myself up
