50 bw pull-ups about 10 at a time

Low pulley cable curls

Superset these 3 sets with 45lb preacher curls

Seated calf raises
2 -45s x failure for 4 sets

Not that great of a workout actually on my opinion but I weighed in at 208.
This is big. Next 2 days will be a little cleaner eating I felt a lil slow today but I also had a very poor sleep and a sketchy ass winter drive to work today so that maybe had some play as well.
This is the most I've ever weighed

Are you just doing the standard 2 caps a day dosing? I find it hard to believe androsterone at that dosage would have such a pronounced effect.

Just 2 a day I'm also taking a daa
and some hoc generate and I'm eating 2000 cals more than I have ever attempted before. What I've really noticed is I still have energy eating this much. Usually I am crashed out when attempting this much food

Nice job on the pr bro!! And yeah if i do shoulders the day after chest, or chest the day after shoulders the 2nd workout always is weaker for me.

Thx dude it's your enthusiasm on squats that keeps me demanding myself to get a bigger squat. Legs are getting ginormous it's a good feeling haha
