Today was back/shoulder day and I really wanted to try out deadlifts ...
I went light inorder to get my form on track... but wow I got really tired doing them ...
I tried to do chin ups and lat pulldowns but I couldn't even use the weight that used before ...
And I had to use lower weights on the military press.
so i'm wondering does doing deadlifts work the shoulders or not?
and also which muscles do deadlifts target... I know there is the lower back, legs, bit of traps but does it have any effect on lats?
