K koolzero New member Jul 10, 2003 #23 I'm defintely not hard core, I went ahead and ate what I wanted to eat for my cheat day. I weighed myself this morning and I didn't gain anything so all is good IMO!

Even on sundays when i cheat with carbs the next day i look like insane... I guess its maybe not good to go straight with the same diet for tooo long. I like switching it up often this way my body kinda gets shocked...
