I'm not as big and strong as Nasser, not nearly but I am not a stupid guy and what he says makes no sense on paper. Fruit is actually the worse thing you can eat. They reglycogenate your liver before it does anything for your muscles, which means you can't really burn fat when you've eated fruits, and that it doesn't really help your muscles much either.

I NEVER eat fruit.

you got any scientific proof on this info your spitten out? I have never heard you can't burn fat if you eat fruit, that is ridiculous.

you remember in Pumping Iron where Arnold relates telling a conceited aspiring bodybuilder that he should eat salted peanuts and scream while posing?

Hugh that never happened in pumping iron, but in his encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding he did discuss about how a certain bodybuilder (ferrigno) was put a lot of salt on his breakfeast that morning, and at the olympia he came in pretty soft.

IMO the protein cycling works. Eat high amounts of protein for a few days then very little for 1 day, then go back to eating high amounts again. This is just theory but i feel it works better than just eating high amounts all the time. I tried eating more fruits and that shit just made me fat.

Somebody correct me if I have my head in my ass but fruits are simple carbs. Fructose? That is a fast burning carb. Its ok for quick energy, great after a workout, and a good source of fiber, but really shouldn't be a mainstay in most of our diets.
