i'm going to attempt to post yesterdays diet on here...just for my records really.

meal 1 On whey shake (no oats...knew i would get plenty of carbs in later)

meal 2 about 1/2 pound of supersotta, salted mozz, roated red peppers, provolone, and imported prosciutto (this shit was $20 a pound but man it was like eating filet mignon...well worth it!)

meal 3 shrimp

meal 4 stuffing

meal 5 1 turkey leg, 4 buttered biscuts, more stuffing

meal 6 meat and cheese lasagna

meal 7 5 almond cookies and and some cheesecake

i don't think i have ever felt this crappy in my life from eating...i don't know how people can eat like shit all the time...it's great while your eating but then 20 minutes later it seems like your hungry again and you feel terrible. anyway...just wanted to write it all down...i'm not plugging in the macros but i have to assume its going to be around 7000 cals lol

i did hit the gym twice on wednesday though...trained shoulders early around 10 am and then did 25 minutes on the elliptical later that night.

hope everyone enjoyed their holiday :)

I can feel your pain in your post! We were like that a month ago for our thanksgiving, it brings back memories....I feel for you! :)

I'm going to do a full body pump, muscle glycogen burning fest at the gym today, shhhh don't tell the training forum LOL!... I think I ate enough sugar to kill a few thousand diabetics :worried:

i have to do arms today but i'm thinking i may just do 30 seconds rest after each set to kill all that fawking sugar! then do some HIIT!

It was o.k... My brother does not know how to cook a turkey. :lmao: I didn't have the heart :heart:to tell him it was still raw!!!! So I ended up eating a couple bites telling him it was good, hid my plate and tossed it.
