i'm going to attempt to post yesterdays diet on here...just for my records really.
meal 1 On whey shake (no oats...knew i would get plenty of carbs in later)
meal 2 about 1/2 pound of supersotta, salted mozz, roated red peppers, provolone, and imported prosciutto (this shit was $20 a pound but man it was like eating filet mignon...well worth it!)
meal 3 shrimp
meal 4 stuffing
meal 5 1 turkey leg, 4 buttered biscuts, more stuffing
meal 6 meat and cheese lasagna
meal 7 5 almond cookies and and some cheesecake
i don't think i have ever felt this crappy in my life from eating...i don't know how people can eat like shit all the time...it's great while your eating but then 20 minutes later it seems like your hungry again and you feel terrible. anyway...just wanted to write it all down...i'm not plugging in the macros but i have to assume its going to be around 7000 cals lol
i did hit the gym twice on wednesday though...trained shoulders early around 10 am and then did 25 minutes on the elliptical later that night.
