ok...so i haven't really said anything to anyone yet but i sort of quit drinking for a little while. i haven't had a sip of alcohol in 8 days.....i want to see if i can do it! it's def going to be hard...this weekend i turned my phone off and enjoyed it with my woman. we read, we played cards, a little ps2, i cooked some nice dinners etc....no wine...it was great. not sure how long i can keep it up, but i going to try! this saturday will be a test as i already paid for an open bar party.....hopefully i can resist temptation! wish me luck!!

today's diet

meal 1 ON whey shale with 1/2 cup of oats

meal 2 6oz tyson frozen teriyaki breasts ( these were pretty cheap and plus they are easy for me...just pop in the microwave at work :) macros 260 cals 38p 9fat 10carbs sodium is extremely high though..like 900mg drinking almost 2 gallons of water a day now so this shouldn't be too much of a concern as this is really the only high sodium meal i'll have)

meal 3 steamed chicken with peppers and brown rice

meal 4 1 can of tuna

PWO shake On whey with banana, strawberries and 1/2 cup of oats

meal 5 grilled chicken and green beans

meal 6 1 oz of almonds

thx ck...ended up making an appointment for dec 11 to get the shot...apparently i can't eat anything for 6 hours prior...that sucks!!! my appointment is for 8:30 am...so i'm thinking i may set my alarm at like 1:30 and down a huge shake...either that or eat silly before bedtime...

yesterday's training

chest
- hammer strength 90x15, 120x12, 135x10, 145x6, 90x8 (drop set)
- flat db press 60x12, 60x12, 60x12
superset w/ flat flyes 25x15, 25x12, 25 x12
-bw dips 2x15

back
- pullups i couldn't do 50 reps yesterday after finshing chest with dips...i'll have to try and get used it...i did about 34 in 4 sets i think...12,8,7,7

reverse grip pull downs 100x15, 120x12, 140x10 my grip kept getting f'd up...but for the mst part is was ok...need a different attachement next time

btn pull downs 120x15, 140x10, 140x10 (haven't done these in a while...felt fuggin awesome!!)

one arm seated rows 3x12 i started doing these b/c my right side of my back is a little less developed...i think it's either the infraspinatus, rhomboid major or the teres minor mainly due to my shoulder surgery i had. i def over comensated with my left and i can feel the right side of my back start to burn when doing chest exercises...tre what you think?

abs -hanging leg raises and rope crunches

Yeah those are good, and make sure to do some external rotation exercise that I decsribed and u posted up that picture before of. Could also do Lat UNI d-handle pull downs.

ok cool...thx tre!! :) i figure doing the uni is better then using both arms...sometimes i can feel my left taking over and pulling harder then the right...and then i have to adjust.
