Chicago is def. a strange city when it comes to loyal fans no matter who is winning or how bad the teams may suck at times. You should come here one day. My bro's friend have a flippy cup team lol (that's what they call it I know you have the formal name, you & Sarge), when I saw the pic of their tourney I thought of you b/c I'm still trying to figure out the bean bag (cornhole) game :D

Yeah you can do those that way or laying on your side upper arm doesn't move kept tight 2 the side, and lift a dumbell in the same motion. 100 bucks say both sides don't work the same! :evil:

what kind of games they got you playing in the sticks with bean bangs eeeh??

and there are 2 games...there is flip cup and there is beirut. i only play flip cup when hot girls are involved...not really my game :rainbow: beirut is the game where you use ping pong berls! :heart: this i take seriously and have even gotten into some Ssssserious altercations in tournaments i have entered lol.

jpt, i feel as though i made a connection with you in this post..

i love playing flip cup when girls are around (they tend to get a bit hammered from it) and beirut is the true man's beer pong..

cornhole is the game with the beanbag, its pretty fun too but it seems its pretty much isolated to certain regions.

im going to the pitt vs wvu game tonight, im sure ill see all of these in action :)

haha! nice bro...beirut and flip cup always brings people together!! :beer: the definition of Flip cup should be "A beer game played at many parties or tournaments in order for men to get in hot girl's pants"

pitt/wvu pitt doesn't have a good team this year do they? wvu should spank i think....i haven't followed college football at all this year...i'm in too many freaking fantasy leagues lol have fun tonight!

ok...so i haven't really said anything to anyone yet but i sort of quit drinking for a little while. i haven't had a sip of alcohol in 8 days.....i want to see if i can do it! it's def going to be hard...this weekend i turned my phone off and enjoyed it with my woman. we read, we played cards, a little ps2, i cooked some nice dinners etc....no wine...it was great. not sure how long i can keep it up, but i going to try! this saturday will be a test as i already paid for an open bar party.....hopefully i can resist temptation! wish me luck!!

today's diet

meal 1 ON whey shale with 1/2 cup of oats

meal 2 6oz tyson frozen teriyaki breasts ( these were pretty cheap and plus they are easy for me...just pop in the microwave at work :) macros 260 cals 38p 9fat 10carbs sodium is extremely high though..like 900mg drinking almost 2 gallons of water a day now so this shouldn't be too much of a concern as this is really the only high sodium meal i'll have)

meal 3 steamed chicken with peppers and brown rice

meal 4 1 can of tuna

PWO shake On whey with banana, strawberries and 1/2 cup of oats

meal 5 grilled chicken and green beans

meal 6 1 oz of almonds

That is great! Keep it up! My goal is not to have any this weekend either, I am going to be the designated driver. :)
