Yeah being diabetic sucks. The meds just wanna make me fatter.
While health & conditioning are important, sometimes it has to take a back seat to more pressing concerns. No sense pushing it when your mind is on other things. Take care of yourself, then carry on when you can.
 
Well, yesterday sucked. I'm kinda sick, flu thing going on. Plus I was very hypo-glycemic in the A.M. I panic & don't think straight when I'm like that. I had my dextrose tabs, plus, when things weren't happening fast enough I had 2 chocy bars & a granola bar. Talk about overkill. Then when I come down from that, I'm dead tired. If my sugar gets too low, I feel like shit the rest of the day, so I didn't work out. I had 2 pieces of Kentucky duck, just the chicken, for dinner, so basically the day was a write off. :rolleyes:

Today's another day. :)
 
oh well, one day won't kill you. last night i drank a lil bit and caught a nice little buzz. im so sick of where i live bc everyone is so young and sketchy. cant wait to move someplace new. i get stir crazy being in one place for too long. back to diet talk. im a little over 1 week into my bulking diet from my cutting diet and im up about 6 pounds in one week. i stopped taking ai's so some of it is water. still happy with my progress. id like to hit 240 naturally before i hit up my next mass cycle. hopefully the cee will help with that.
 
Cee helped me. One day isnt bad compared to my one week. I just got back from the Arnold Classic.....>BAD ASS. This was my first time going and was just AWSOME. Saw all my fav pro BBs and UFC guys. Got tons of free supplemnets and it was just plan ol BAD ASS. Got plenty of motivation now. Back to the diet tommarow and hardcore lufting. Cant wait. It was a needed break in some shitty times....
 
how have you guys been doing lately. since i upped my calories, my strength has sored in the gym. feels awsome to be able to lift real weight again.

I've been feeling pretty good during the day, but I'm still feverish with headaches at night, so I haven't been getting any gym work in. Getting better aquainted with my so called diet.
No I know pretty much what I've been eating. I'm now learning how to tailor my daily meals to meet the 45P, 25f, & 30c.
 
Dietary intake is going well.

Gym break is still going strong... back in the weight room SOON!

- In the process of choosing another gym too cuz my membership expired on the 5th.
 
good job hid. it def takes a couple days to get everything in order and to play around with your diet to fit you. i bet your results will come much faster.
 
Well yesterday was my first time back in the gym from last week. Felt really motivated. Still with my calorie intake at around 2500 I have had hard time making gains and maintaining as much strenght as I had. I barely have went down but its frusterating not moving to heavier weights. Although I do look a lot better and thats what really matters. I soon will be off probation and will pay my court fines and get my court shit payed for. Then its one cycle of Test E at 500 a week. Will prob up my intake to about 2700 and keep it stricter then ever. With no slackin and no drinking. But I gotta eat again so ill talk to you guys later.
 
city, you gotta take advantage of your first cycle and eat. the first is the best in terms of gains. keep cutting before the cycle, then bulk on cycle, and then cut after the cycle. my .02
