OK, I've started keeping a journal in Excel. One page for diary type stuff, 1 page for listings of Caloric & macro value's for the shit I eat & 1 page as a daily diet journal.
OMFG
: I didn't realize what a fucking pig I am. I also didn't realize how all the little things, like 2 tsp butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, nickel & dime your diet to death.
