OK, I've started keeping a journal in Excel. One page for diary type stuff, 1 page for listings of Caloric & macro value's for the shit I eat & 1 page as a daily diet journal.
OMFG :RADAR: I didn't realize what a fucking pig I am. I also didn't realize how all the little things, like 2 tsp butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, nickel & dime your diet to death.
Here's the totals:
For the first time in my life, I have figured out my daily intake. Holy Fuck!
Totals: Calories; 3292, Fat; 199g, Protein; 120g, Carbs; 262g.
 
most ppl dont realize that and neither did i. until you really track what you eat, you really have no idea bc everything adds up. i bet youll really start to notice a diff if you keep it up.

The math is a little off, but it works out to about 54%fat, 14.6% Protein, & 31% carbs.
Holy Crap!

3187 cals, 162.2g fat, 243.7g Protein, 194g carbs. That's about 45% fat, 31% protein, & 24.5g carbs
 
bring the protein up a lil bit and drop the fat down. carbs look ok but if you're tryin to lose weight, id drop them to 15-25%. you won't be able to get the exact percentages ed unless you're really maticulous.
 
im starting amplify 02 and purcee tomorrow. i cant wait to feel that rush from the amp. i havent felt the same in the gym this week.
 
sorry to hear city. i responded in c&c but ill say it here too. hope everything goes well. just try and relax and not to focus on it. i hate getting worried over something ahead of time.
 
I've been tracking my eating more. Very enlightening. I've also had to cut back on my diabetic meds. 2 Hypogycemic incidents a day.
 
Being diabetic must make thiings much more complicated. I have pretty much forgotten about dieting this week. I am going to the arnold classic tommarow and will leave for ohio this afternoon. After getting outta jail I wanted to eat something good! Plus with my boy just dieing its hard to even think about counting cals.....just doesnt seem to be in my mind, there is more important things in life. I will start back on monday with lifting.
