i got stoned last night and just ate ate ate. i prob ate 2000 cals between 6 and 11 at night. i ate 1/4 of a full size natty pb jar and ate a lil over a lb of lean ground turkey and broccoli. i figure since my last shot was at 450mg, eating a lil bit more might help me add a couple more pounds. since my back was flaring up, i havent been to the gym since tues. i skipped shoulders and arms, which i think are the least important in the gym bc those muscles get worked during other exercises. today ill try to get thru legs and arms but i seem to be losing a little motivation. i cant wait to start the purcee and amp02. im trying to hold off on these until 1 month after pct. id like to maintain my current body weight and looks until the amp/purcee and then gain some lean muscle over the next couple months until i start my prop cycle. will be taking sesapure so i dont gain any fat since i worked so hard to get rid of it.
