V-Ups + Scissors Combo: 3x20*
*Each (on flat bench did 20 V-Ups then immediately did 20 Scissors)
R-Leg Extensions (taped): 50lbs - 3x10
Angled Seated Calf Raises: 200lbs - 2x15, 1x20
R-Leg Leg Sled (Machine Hack) (taped): 80lbs - 3x8

Treadmill: 12 mins; .80 miles; varying speeds, run/walk, incline, etc.....

**Had a guy who I've never seen @ the gym before ask me what I did to my leg & gave me a confused look when I mentioned ACL, then proceeded to tell me all the things I should've done to prevent it being torn......Uhhhhhh, dood you didnt' even know what an ACL was till I explained it to ya!! Go away!! :rolleyes:

Gotta love 'em!! Unbelievable!!

I could not believe he started to argue with me when he didn't even know what an ACL was!! He thought it was a muscle!! Jeez!!
