**Had a guy who I've never seen @ the gym before ask me what I did to my leg & gave me a confused look when I mentioned ACL, then proceeded to tell me all the things I should've done to prevent it being torn......Uhhhhhh, dood you didnt' even know what an ACL was till I explained it to ya!! Go away!!
