Is this sufficient?

I like my oats mixed with anpb and this Whey To Build Muscle - This protein delivers what you need, when you need it! tastes good as hell and is a well rounded source of protein, carbs and fat. Scramble up some eggs and your good to go.....what's your stats bro? did I miss them?

My stats are terrible at the moment

Im 6 Feet tall
194 pounds
about 25% bf

In the last 2-3 months I have lost about 17-18 pounds. But now I want to really clean up and fine tune my diet before I start a n2shred stack.

I try to do 3 days of weights (not on a bulking stage obviously so just maintaining my lifts at the moment) and I try and do 3-4 days of cardio for 40 mins (burn about 400-500 calories).

I appreciate any help mate.... i lack considerable knowledge when it comes to diet/food.

That's alright bro, everyone starts somewhere. As far as diet goes no need to get crazy at this point. Just keep it clean. Try a 40/30/30 split a few hundred calories below your bmr and that fat will melt off you. With your stats you're gonna wanna stay away from low carb diets because honestly you can't afford to lose any muscle mass....best of luck

I just bought a grill with a fat dripper. So easy to have lean healthy food. Been doing a bit of research on healthy diets like u guys are saying. I try to eat a can of tuna, 2 whole boiled eggs, chicken breats everyday now. For carbs i eat some rice, wholemeal bread and veges. I cut my intake of fruit down to just one banana with my pwo shake.plus for snacks i try to have almonds and cheddar cheese

Interested to know how u make ur oats...

Also bought some fish oil and multi vitamins today

Do i deserve some karma now? Lol

I have plain oatmeal with cinnamon in the morning, and palin oatmeal in PW shake...
