My daily diet remains mostly same throughout the week and goes something like this:

7.20am - 2 slices of wholemeal bread + Peanut butter and Jam/honey
- One banana OR a quarter pawpaw

10.00am - Cup of Green tea
- One banana OR one apple

1.00pm - Salad Sandwich (low fat cheese, lettece, tomato, onion, wholemeal bread & mustard)

5.30pm - WORKOUT

6.30pm - PWO shake (low carb with water)

7-7.30pm - 2 wholemeal tortillas with some protein (i.e. chicken, eggs, tuna etc) plus a cup of salad


Where I have written WORKOUT, i do cardio 4 days a week for 40 mins and burn about 400 calories. I do weights 3 times a week (mon, wed, fri)


What do u all think of this diet if I am trying to lose flab?

Will be starting a N2 shred stack soon to help accelerate the fat loss. Need to lose at least 20 pounds

When you die of starvation you will lose lottttts of flab...

In all seriousness, even if you're looking to lose you need to eat more....right now with this diet your body is in starvation mode, it's holding on to anything it can and storing it as fat to survive...

Secondly you are eating way too much sugar...

You have almost zero protien until post workout....the 1st meal and 10am meal should have some source of protein....

That salad sandwich should go, lettuce/tomato/onion with a chicken breast would be a nice tweek..

If you're weight training that post workout shake is terrible, you need an ABUNDANCE of carbs and protein IMMEDIATELY after training...

1.00pm - Grilled Chicken/can of tuna with lettece, tomato, onions

4.30pm - handful of almonds

5.30pm - WORKOUT

6.30pm - PWO shake (low carb with water) + BANANA+Creatine and BCAA's

7-7.30pm - 2 wholemeal tortillas with some protein (i.e. chicken, eggs, tuna etc) plus a cup of salad


Im sorry for being a blonde but i guess this is one area I lack any good knowledge. Im not a fussy eater so I can eat the same shit everyday if i have to. Just help me fine tune this and i'll appreciate it guys....

i agree with ez, your diet is horrible, very little protein and bad food choices.. Add in more meat, eggs and tuna for protein.. Sweet potatoe, oats ,brown rice for carbs.. What your doing is damaging your body with that little amount of food, if your training very intense in the gym you will probably collapse with that diet, and im being dead serious.. Just reduce calories slightly or better yet dont even reduce any calories just eat good food and do more cardio to burn the excess calories..

I just bought a grill with a fat dripper. So easy to have lean healthy food. Been doing a bit of research on healthy diets like u guys are saying. I try to eat a can of tuna, 2 whole boiled eggs, chicken breats everyday now. For carbs i eat some rice, wholemeal bread and veges. I cut my intake of fruit down to just one banana with my pwo shake.plus for snacks i try to have almonds and cheddar cheese

Interested to know how u make ur oats...

Also bought some fish oil and multi vitamins today

Do i deserve some karma now? Lol

I like my oats mixed with anpb and this http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Proteins/Whey-To-Build-Muscle-p30.html tastes good as hell and is a well rounded source of protein,carbs and fat. Scramble up some eggs and your good to go.....what's your stats bro? did I miss them?
