I'm not trying to get big, I don't want to get big. I want to look fit and ripped. Like the guys you see at spring break or on underwear packages. Is my current routine ok for doing that?

Food: I eat balanced meals, not really anything in particular. I do take 3tbs of flax a day and a protein shake after workout.

My work out is
Arms/Biceps Monday
Legs Wed
Shoulders/Back Fri

I run/jog 2+hours on every weekday.

Right now I'm built, just need to lose about 20lbs or so, thus so much running. I do plan to cut it down to 1hr a weekday once I am at my ideal weight.

where did your chest go????

Look you need to get your diet down before you even look at training. The running may help you burn the excess calories but the diet is the essential part. You need to find out how many calories you burn a day and then shape your diet around this.

It takes about 3 days but if you have a good scale it is easy. right down everything you eat and tally up the calories and average the calories. Now check out how much you weigh, if you gained a pound figure you gain only .5 from food and .5 from water and the same if you loose weight. now a pound is 3500calories so half a pound is 1750 divide by three equal 650 extra calories a day, more than you are burning. so if you are the same weight still then you are in equilibrium, so just lower the calories about 200-300 less a day. anymore will cause muscle loss. in about 10-12 days you lose about a lbs.

I know it doesn't sound great the trick is to gain muscle while losing fat, this extra muscle will burn even more calories. I know it is tricky but it is what I learned in excercise physiology

Is that REALLY possible Suston? Gain muscle AND lose fat simultaneously? B/c that's exactly what I need to do... and I'd be willing to sacrifice some muscle gain for increasing my fat loss (I'm pretty damn fat right now).

I think that you are just out of luck. I can't help you look "pretty"...if you want to get bigger, stronger, etc...I can help you out. If you wanna be toned...well...uhhhhh.....

They way they look...they were born that way.
