Is one Coca-Cola a day going to fuck up my diet?

Plain and simple. I have developed the habit of having 1 soda a day around noon.. My body is craving it so badly every day and it gives me a huge energy boost. I work in a high pressure sales environment. Keep the fucking flaming to a minimum please. Guyz, thoughts? Will this really fuck up my whole diet if I have just one a day only on work days? Aside from this 1 soda a day my diet is spot on. Lots of chicken breasts, veggies, shakes, water all that shit..

If your goal it to get cut then it contains a lot of simple sugars which are not good for you; Why don't u switch to diet coke? It tastes almost the same but with much less calories

Coke Zero is a better choice and doesn't have that nasty diet aftertaste.

Kind of lol when you're worried about a soda when you're on close to 2 grams of gear per week.

are you preparing for a contest?

if its contest prep, then i would say, yes, it can fuck up the diet

if you are just trying to adhere to more of a general diet (getting X amounts of cals and X grams of protein ED) then i would say 1 coke isn't going to sidetrack you too much
 
It's up to you where you get your sugar from. A can of coke has about 10 teaspoons of sugar in it. Why consume so much in one serving?

1/4 Teaspoon = 1 gram of sugar

40g Coke
 
It's not ideal but hey if everything else is in check then one cheat is not going to kill ya if you really can't give it up. It's 280gms a sugar a week (1100+ calories) though just from the coke.
 
im cursed, if i dont drink coke for a month my stomach is lean and nice abs. i drink one fucking carbonated drink and bye bye abs.... and i love coke :(

trenbolone @ 50mg ed
Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - @ 600mg ew
Dianabol - methandrostenolone - @30mg ed


Go with diet soda. Palumbo lets his guys have them.

And everyone else thanks alot for the input. Im not training for a show but I am trying to tighten up a bit right now.. I dont think personally that it will kill the diet because i do cardio 5 times a week and eat super clean except the 1 fucking soda that I cant stop drinking.. Once again thanks fellas for the input..

I bottle of coke has 27 sugars / serving. it has 2.5 servings per bottle. a can of coke has around 20 give or take a few.


if your cutting for a contest then stop seveal weeks out but the idea in cutting is to burn more cals then you take in.

I feel yea..One Dr. Pepper a day is what i have. I crave them and im addicted to them!! haha
 
Go with the Lo Carb Monster. The extra whatever in it should make up for your sugar craving. If not, well then fuck me for trying.
 
I say go for it. Just add 8 minutes to your cardio for every can you drink. That should burn about 80-100 cals of it. I have a gym-mate that does cardio 5 days a week x 1hr just so he can eat anything he wants all day. He still maintains a 6 pack and around 14%bf at 190lbs(el natural). We are all ready cheating by using gear, its ok to cheat on the diet once in a while.
 
Good thread guyz.. I got answers I was not expecting. I will continue drinking one a day only on work days.. That is only 5 sodas a week.. My diet is spot on and Im finally seeing more than just the top two abs... This tren is shredding my ass up.
 
Fuck it, if everything else is good with your diet, treat yourself. One coke isn't going to be the end of the world. I personally drink a shit ton of diet mt. dews and they don't hurt me.

i also dont eat carbs past 600 nightime normally
anybody with endo tendencies has to watch diet

Me personally after several years of kicking small bad habits like soda I just see zero reason to put that shit in my body. BUT I still after several years get wicked cravings for a Coke so I understand and shit who am I to judge??? Damn I'm 36 and I cant stop fucking 18 19 year old hot little bitches I pick up around the campus.

Yeah it is alot of empty cals but my diet is so spot on in every other area that im still leaning out even though im drinking one a day. I can finally see more than the top 2 abs.. Must be that trenny tren tren...

Fuck no. You're good to go bro. If cheating a little keeps you from cheating a lot, it can be a good thing in the end.

I also had a soda crave, I've found I can usually stop it with ice tea (unsweetened, add spenda). Ice tea is much more healthy and has even more caffeine I believe.
