is 2iu hgh too much for girl?

The first time I took GH my feet grew a whole size and my fingers and hands are huge now, for a guy its ok to have big hands for a chicka not so cool... Then there is also some bone growth in the jaw, mostly though an overall thickening of the bone structure.

Yowsa - I'm for sure staying at the lowest possible dose.

How old are you? Have you had blood work done? With blood work you can better judge where your natural levels are at and have less of a chance of miss dosing yourself ending up with any of these sides.

50 yrs old. Had bloodwork done in September - gotta dig it back out. I don't remember if we looked for GH levels though. I'll see if I can find my bloodwork and post some levels here. Haven't had a chance yet to post workout or diet schedule. Will do as soon as work slows down a bit. Gotta head to the gym now though! Have a great day!

Well at your age there is a great chance you GH levels have dropped to get the GH levels checked is normally by special request.

no ma'am. I've heard of women going up a shoe size or two on 2IU's a day for 6 months.
Jesus, and considering that it usually happens all by itself as you age anyway.

Really? I swear to god my feet have gotten smaller either that or shoe companies are doing like clothing and vanity sizing. I used to always wear between a size 7 1/2 -8 now I wear between
6 1/2 to 7 1/2

I was a 10 for years, but a hard to fit 10, I have an average width foot and a narrower than average heel.

The last few times I bought shoes has been sneakers, only out of desperation. All I could find that fit was one style of Nike mens x-trainers in 9.5 (I bought two of the same shoes). Nike has a reputation for being small cut, and the rule of thumb is go down 2 sizes converting from men to women's shoes, so I'm about a woman's 11, now.

I couldn't find any winter boots this year, period. I found a grand total of about 3 brands that came in 11 at all, and each was either ugly, crappy construction, enormous and/or provided no support.

I actually get sick to my stomach when I go shoe shopping, it's pretty pathetic. I generally go through 15 to 20 pairs of anything to find one pair that feels comfortable.

My husband, on the other hand, wears a slightly below common mens size. Fucker can actually find comfortable shoes on the sale rack (a feat I have accomplished less than 10 times in my life). At worst, he usually ends up trying on three pairs, max.

Leave it to the women to go from HGH to shoe shopping....

LOL
No, it's about the question of impact of HGH on hand/foot growth. When else do you measure your feet :whatever:
