I'm not nor have I ever been on TRT. I unwisely used some steroids as a late-teen till 20yrs old. 36yrs of age currently. When I return from a long upcoming trip where I'll be training daily and eating well I'm going to get a TRT consult via marekhealth.com
NOTE:
I honestly don't know if Oxandrolone/Anavar will work with me as I am on thyroid meds for hypothyroidism. But, I'm giving it a hopeful try. I'm not sure if anyone here is an expert on the correlations between AAS (especially oxandrolone) and thyroid health. But, if so I'd love to hear how they've adjust thyroid dosage when inputting non-aromatizing steroids like Ox/Var. I've been working with a specialist but they are clueless in this area of the combination of AAS/Thyroid meds.
"when you have a non aromatizing androgen you're going to reduce TBG, increase thyroid function (hyperthyroid) and lower TSH." - youtu.be/dUWX_xjFUCk?t=450
"Thyroid-binding globulin levels may be decreased, resulting in lower total T4 serum levels and increased resin uptake of T3 and T4."
"Anavar is a unique anabolic steroid in relation to fat loss, due to it having a stimulative effect on Triiodothyronine (T3) levels link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s004310050563
Anavar increases T3 by inhibiting TBG (thyroid-binding globulin) and elevating TBP (thyroxine-binding prealbumin). This process effectively increases the conversion of T4 to T3. This is good news for bodybuilders, as T4 (Thyroxine) is the inactive thyroid hormone, and T3 is the hormone that stimulates fat loss."
