I have some issues I'd like to address and was wondering if you could comment. Regarding spinal ligament laxity, and muscle damage whats the best route...
I'm thinking of stacking:
TB-500
IGF-1 LR3
DECA (50-100mg/week) (is TRT required?)
Vitamin C 5-6g
L-Lysine 5-6g
L-Proline 1-3g
Multi-Vitamin
Flaxseed 3-4 tablespoons
Cissus
Flexiril (tight damaged neck muscles pull-ups following accident)
glucosamine

Injuries:
Spinal Sublaxation due to a car accident/ Thoracic Spine feels especially week
Extremely tight, strained damaged neck muscles resulting from doing pull-ups following the accident
Lower Body muscle strain/damage from over training
Knee Pain & Weakness due to very little rehab following ACL reconstruction, 11 years ago (seeing a PT for it currently)
These all have persisted for the last 1.5-2 years (no lifting during most this time) and are getting in the way of my Knee's PT; I'm 26.
I'm too busy to inject multiple times a day
I live with my parents, am a full-time student and work ~27 hours a week.
I'm a total health nut in most regards but I'm desperate to recover. I'm open to advice, planning to order all the gear within a week...still figuring out what to set my doses at and if I really wanna use DECA.
