I would say Incline EZ-Bar Triceps Extensions are EXCELLENT for packing on mass to your tris. Damn I tried them out yesterday for the first time and I could handle a lot more weight than I could on lying ez-bar ext. I ususally can handle around 100-110 lbs. on lying extensions and with inclines I went up to around 125-130 lbs. for 8 reps.
Great exercise and you can REALLY feel it a lot more in my opinion!
