I can't seem to nearly enough calories into my diet.
My daily diet consists of isopure, flaseed oil, egg whites, whole eggs, chicken breast, tuna, and oatmeal. I get over 200 calories, under 30 carbs, about 80 fats, but only 1600 calories. Should i consume more flax? What are some quick, low carb, high calorie sources?
