Im an 18 year old sportsman whose bodyfat is currently at 14%
i go to the gym 4-5 times a week to weight training for different parts of the body as well as incorporating cadio and abs into my sessions.
i do a variety of cardio training from HIIT, interval aswell as low intensity.
besides that i have a good diet, drink lots of water around 4-5 litres and cosume the right fats,proteins and stuff. i also take whey protein as a supplement.
i want to lower my body fat from 14% to 9 in 5 months, any way of doing that? routines? exercises?
any advice will help
