if i were to workout everyday instead of eod...

Ive had the same routine for about 1 year now, and ive had great results, but do you guys think i should start a new routine? Especially cause im on my 2nd cycle, here what my current routine looks like.

day 1 back and shoulders

chins
deads
bent over bb rows
military
side laterals
bent-over lats

day 2 legs and bis

squats
lunges
Ham pulls
bent over dL's
seated calves
standing calves
and arms

day 3 chest and tris

incline bb
flat bb
pullovers
close grip bench
kick backs
dips

If i were to start a new routine ed, how would you guys do it? Im an ectomorph and need compounds

IMO..I would never train the 2 biggest body parts back to back or in the same workout (back and legs).

but like the saying goes "If it isn't broken don't fix it"..

why change your routine if you are still seeing results.

no, day 1 is monday, day 2 is wed, day 3 is friday...not back to back and im not working bakck and legs on the same day.

Its cause i workout at school, and i dont have time to workout after school cause i work full time also, so lunch is the ONLY time.

Its free to workout at school, but lunch is only 30 min long, and im always short 2 sets before the bell rings, so i must shortened my workouts.

Every few months I'll make small changes, just to keep it interesting.

Try chest/shoulders/bis (day1), back/tris (day2), and leave leg day (3) the same. And unlike what a lot of people will tell you, you won't go to gym hell for doing chest and tris, back and bis on different days. I think it's a good change up.
