I think that I pulled something???

I was bent over one-arm rows. The ones to where you put your hand on an incline bench and pull them that way. I did 120s no problem, then after my usual rest period of 1-2 minutes I went to 130s--- had no problem with the right arm, but when I went to do the left arm.. my right lower back had a sharp pain around the 4th rep and I have this funny feeling all along my right leg, and some of my right arm. I stopped shortly after this happened because I had done most of my exercises and then I tried to do crunches but that hurt too much.

What should I do to treat this? Take some advil?? Stretch it out really good tonight?? Rest for a couple of days before I do anymore lifting of any sort?? If I feel ok tommorrow should I go ahead and do chest workout???

Any help would be appreciated!

See a chiropractor
Ice
Heat
Ibuprofen, Alleve, Advil...etc...
Stretch
Negative Roman Chair sit-ups
Walking
Sled Dragging
Rev Hypers

Hmmmm...this is all that I can think of at the moment.

You know how you feel and should be able to tell how you should train. Just remember that ALL injuries become your focal point...not something to avoid.

I agree with everything that b fold said except the chiropractor. I would let that be your last resort. Yes, most of them help...but it isn't worth spending the money on when you can fix your problem with stretching, ice, and anti-inflammatories. If those do not work...and the active recovery exercises that he suggested don't work, either...THEN I would recommend seeing a chiropractor!

Good luck...and stretch, stretch, stretch.

Thanks fellas. I took an advil this afternoon and then I went jogging and stretched for 15 mins and it is feeling much better. Do not think that the chiropractor will be neccessary.
