I need a NEW Training Routine....who has the best one?

For along time I've been following Max-OT principles.... heavy sets, 4-6 reps to failure, basic exercises...and it's always served me well. But I am incredibly bored with it and looking to try something different....are there any routines that you guys have gotten good success with that vary from what I've posted here?

I cruized over to anabolic review and did a search on bigkevs routine. I like it quite a bit...and unlike max o-t I think it is the most entertaining work-out I have ever come across.

I would post it but it is basically his property.
 
try escalated density training by charles staley (search for "edt" at www.t-mag.com). i'm doing his arm program right now (you can see what the arm program might look like in my training thread).

i've enjoyed the workouts so far. the whole point is to get in the gym and do as much work as you can in a given period of time. you have explicit goals and you work up a tremendous sweat.
