I just shredded my thumb opening an amp

I was opening an HCG amp... went to give it that hard POP... and the thing just shattered in my hand. I cut my thumb and it is bleeding everywhere.

It's kind of wierd when you are trying to mix bact water with HCG and not drip any blood in the open amp at the same time.

I should have gotten one, but I've never had this happen before. This is the Chinese HCG... and the amps are just thin thin thin. They shatter into a million pieces when you open them.

i almost cut my fucking hand off on an ICN (before i decided to saw the fucking tops off). it shattered and cut me open....but saved most of the juice and drew it out with blood running down my hand all the while. couldn't put the amp down due to the damage or it would have spilled out more. not wasting that fucking amp though. washed the blood off later.

I broke one and had to lick the contents off the counter. I use a towel from now on.

Geez, just take a pen cap, place it over the end of the amp so the bottom of the cap is where you want it to break. Push the cap sideways and it will break clean and no risk of cutting yourself. Works like a charm.
