My suggestion?
Easiest is just buy yourself dumbells and do it at home. It can be tough at the gym.
And do it on a day off. Preferably before a holiday.
I couldnt carry heavy objects the next day. So mind that.
Start early! Wake up at 5 am have a breakfast and do 20-40 quick sets.
Then drink some high glycemic carbs!
Drink it throyghout the day. Dont worry, all carbs goto your arms...
That nigh. PRAY TO GOD FOR FORGIVENESS!
Try this routine. DONT stop it. Once you begun there is no turning back.
It is great to have dumbells at home coz you can watch your fav bb flick and gain some motivation!
