I did something like this not too long ago, since my arms were falling behind. I did 150x10 throughout a 12 hour period, and drunk atleast 10 protein shakes. My biceps grew 1/2 an inch. I was impressed, but I couldn't move my arms for 5 days. They were literally stuck in a curl position, I was even thinking about seeing a doctor because I thought I tore something. I think I am going to do it again soon, it was alot of fun. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a week off, because you won't be able to do anything.
