I did 102 sets of arms today. Is that good?

Yeh. Height does matter.

I am much shorter than you so my legs may not be measurment like yours, but the visual impact is different.

Well, I see whats going on. Anyhow, I want to give it a try. Has anyone else tried this before? Yes I am desprate for Arm Size right before the summer, There only 16.1 inch in size, so it would be nice to have upto an extra inch, then again there aren't any short cuts in getting bigger, so lets see what happens. I will keep everyone upto date. Pics and all.

Ok, you know how when you twist your ankle and it swells up? Or when you get hit in the head and get a goose egg? That's the principle that causes the growth. You are basically injuring the muscle severely, causing swelling. That is the only reason for growth. Keep this in mind. You are NOT building muscle by doing "ARMageddon"

Food for thought.

I know one thing. This method works. People have done it and got great results!
 
Bottom Line

Do you guys recommend it? I mean T-Mag isnt really reputable for speaking truth if you ask me. What do you all think out there thumbs up or no go.

T-MAG just posted an article. Article is written by Charlses Poliquen a renown strength/fitness expert. He is smarter than yiu and me and definately smarter than people on this board.


Bottom line: This routine sounds stupid, but it works. ONLY if you do it 2x per year MAX.

I can't believe people are actually saying anything positive about this thread? I've seen bigger arms on guys from Zimbabwe on the Discovery channel than that of SSidiotSSs'. Listening to him is like buying a workout tape series by Paul Reubin (Pewee Herman).

Idiot's legs are so small and frail, it looks like he just only recently regained the ability to walk, after being in a wheelchair for 20 years. I just DO NOT understand why some people continue to say, "Good call Alex", or even ask serious follow-up questions regarding his ridiculous posts.

Bottom line... There are two ways to go about growing muscle, the right way, and then there is SSdiotSSs' way. Please make the right decision, don't bonk.

I only continue to waste my breath regarding Idiot because I'm afraid some newbie will get on here and see how many posts he has and think he knows what he is talking about.

Actually, this type of routine pops up in the mags every now and then. Musclemag just had it a few issues back.

LOL. No way. I was brand new to this board when Alex posted this, and seeing everyone flame him, I thought I'd stick up for him. The 102 thing is a waste of time IMO.
 
102 sets?? Obviously, someone is not training hard enough if they need this many sets to train arms. I am able to blitz my arms in 6 sets for the biceps and triceps.
