That's the Poliquin routine I did. I followed it to the letter(including meals) except for skipping a couple of the listed supplements and I didn't use anything from BioTest. Basically, I suspended all my critical faculties which were screaming "This is idiotic." and gave it a shot. Worked okay, but nothing spectacular. It added about a 1/4" to my arms, which for the record are a rather pathetic looking 17.5". Anyone else stupid enough to have tried this? I'm curious about other peoples results.

My bicep routine rules.. its a german mass training program, 10 sets of 10, I changed it around so i do 5x10 standing curls 5x10 closed grip curls. For triceps i usually do skull crushers or something.

But that bicep routine is working hella good. I didn't measure my arms before but in the past month or so they have gotten much bigger than normally

u may wana try something more like this if your looking for mass in ur arms.

Hey, guess what, you're gonna lose muscle! how does that sound genious? 102 sets of arms is the perfect routine for an idiot. It is the perfect way to release enough cortisol in your muscles and overtraining to stop growth immediately. do not do another ridiculous rountine, in fact you should stop lifting.

WOWO

thats fantastic

But if you into gaining size (muscle) what you should rather do is do less repetitions and increase the weights, try go up a Kilogram or two after each set, you'll wake up with burning arms :) Do about 10 sets or less is still excellent - no less than 5 though :)

But other wise great work !!

I'm pretty sure he is joking but...

your muscles are not able to supply enough energy to to weight train with intensity for that amount of time. Also, there is such a thing as overtraining, because your body can only recover at a certain pace. This is all determined by genetics, diet, sleep, type of training, etc.

You stopped at 102???

B True

i read shit about this. it wasnt called 'armageddon' but it was a full day arm workout, and it is said to add at least 3/8 of an inch to your arms in a day. some have even gotten a full inch around! however, this routine is only to be done once or twice a year.
