how should i cycle this?

I have 20ml TEST-E 250, 30ML AROMASIN 20MG, 30 NOVA 25MG, and 30 5mg dbol.
I was thinking about not doing the dbol and getting some EQUIPOSE.....
I 5'9"230lbs. i used to fight mma 5years ago at 170lb. Im looking to drop down to 205 I lift 4days a week and do cardio 5days a week. what cycle should i run to help me achieve my goals??? any cycles or ideas would be great..... oh yeah im 30yrs old if that makes a difference
 
250 mg of test for 12-16 weeks. theres not really much you can do with the dbol. 25mg a day for a week is about all you can do. save the aromasin for when sides arrise and use the nolva for pct. dropping weight has nothing to do with the compounds or drugs you use, it all comes down to diet
 
i was thinking of running 500 mg a week of test. and 20mg of aromasin with each injection together for 10weeks. and the nova for post. do u think 500 mg is to much if im trying to cut? im on pretty low cal diet too. lots of whole grains and protein shakes... i try and stay around 1200 to 1500 cal per day intake

Diet is wayyyyyyyyyyyy tooo low. at your weight, your calories should be around 2800-3000, im just throwing numbers here, you may need more or less, but my numbers are a good place to start.

when you ask me if i think 500mg of test is to much to cut? im thinking you dont know much about aas and this is your first cycle. it doesnt matter what steroids you use, cutting has nothing to do with testosterone or deca or trenbolone or winstrol or anavar, IT COMES DOWN TO YOUR DIET. 250-500mg every week is fine. since you are cutting, i would stick to 250 because thats enough to help you maintain muscle mass while on a calorie restricted diet. when you cut, dont expect to gain more muscle because to do that, you have to eat more calories, get it? let start with your stats?

Age, weight, height, bodyfat, lifting experience, cycle experience, your current diet, current cardio routine, and current weight training routtine. then we'll take it from there.
