I just started my first ever very clean diet and Ive been eating 6 egg whites throughout the day. The rest of my diet looks like this:
7:30-Apple
9:30- A few strawberries
11:00- 1 Can of Tuna
12:00-2 Egg whites
1:00- Metrex Shake
1:30- Workout/Cardio
3:00- Metrex Shake
4:00- 2 Egg whites
6:00- 1 can tuna
7:00- 1 6 oz chicken breast
9:00- 2 Egg whites
11:00- If im hungry another Metrex or a can of tuna or fruit
Im very new to this whole clean diet thing an Im sure this plan could use some help. I plan on adding greenbeans and maybe some natural pb. I know this diet has the majority of the food past 11 AM but I take alot of hours in college and its hard to make myself eat in the mornings.This is only 1 day of the week though not every day will look like this. And what advice do you have on whey protein?
