How is this diet for my cycle and goals?

My cycle is as layed out:
1-12 test e
1-5 epi strong 30/30/45/45/45
3-8 hcGenerate
8-11 hcg 250iu week
9-13 winny tabs 50mg day
12-13 hcg 1000iu week

1-5 n2guard
9-14 n2guard
9-13 forged joint repair

Pct:
14-18 post cycle /unleashed
14-18 clomid 25mg Ed
14-18 daa powder and pills
14-18 Forma ( still unsure dose)
Should I add anything to pct

My goals are to not cut so to say but to get very lean wile still gaining muscle. I guess a recomp but I'm deff trying to gain muscle but also get ripped in the same process...
I do cardio 3-5 x a week and if it's only 3 then I will usally walk for 2ins at 4.0 pace before I lift... If I have an off day I run , so I guess I don't have any off days :)

Here's the diet ( well this is what I ate yesterday and so far today...

Meal 1
8 egg whites tablespoon all natty penut butter and half a cartoon of stawberris

Meal2 hour and half later
Had a n2slin
Followed by oatmeal(half packet )
Slightly less then half pound of grilled chicken, and cup o broccoli and handful of unsalted penuts

Meal 3 at lunch break from work went and got Spanish rotisserie half chicken with beans and white rice... I ate zero skin, all the beans without the soupish thing it came in and 4 bites of rice..
2 hours later hadtwo plain chobanis amd then hour after that threw back a pro shake with one scoop of snytha 6 an 2tblespoon flax oil
( yesterday was off day from gym so I ran 40 mins after the shake)
After the run
Meal 4 1 n2slinI had one piece of home made chicken cutlet in olive oil and pan fried.. I had one thick peoce of it an avocado and cup or broccoli

Meal 5
6eggwhites w/ tblespoon penut butter and 3tblespoos of non fat cottage cheese w/strawberries

Meal 6
6 egg whites with half scoop of pro powder mixed in with tablespoon of flax and more strawberries


Woke up today
Virtually same two meals as my first two yesterday...
Also I take 1 n2bun after my second meal is that good? And please critique this if you see places I can improve
 
Also I throw in a cup or half cup of ice coffe black to help speed up metabolism ...

And then my supporting supps for my cycle... I'm about 30 days In and so far so good. Would like to be more cut but deff have grown since I started
 
You should not stop the N2Guard - run it the full 14 weeks. You may not be taking orals in the middle but your body and organs will still be processing what's left in your blood stream and even the injectibles put some strain on your system. Keeping the n2guard going will keep you healthier.
 
Deff plan on keeping n2guard through out entire cycle and during winny will go 8 caps per day and go back to 7 for pct.... How's the diet and what should I change or include haha??

3-8 hcGenerate bouncing around with this and hcg makes no sense. Just run hcgenerate the whole cycle starting at week 4 or 5 when you notice shrinkage then save all your hcg for a few larger than you planned blasts pre pct

Should I add anything to pct I would definitely from my own experience run a bottle of hcgenerate. But that's up to you. I am using bridge on a PCT now and its awesome

Thanks for the replies man. HcGenerate and hcg plan I got from Dylan and I researched it and asked some others and they thought it sounded great... As far as forged joint repair, that's a great idea I will be ordering tonight... And maybe I should add a bottle of hcGenerate to pct or maybe hcGenerate es but I really thought those were best for on cycle

I'll have to ask Dylan why he recommended it that way. Either way is fine I guess. But just seems odd and extra hassle doing it the way it was laid out.
 
That's what I thought as well.. Originally I was plannig on hcGenerate 3-12 and hcg 13-14 at 1000iu week.... However I'm gonna do what Dylan laid out for me I think
