This is either a stupid or complex question. For example...I don't like putting flax oil in my casein shake at night. I would rather take a tablespoon of it and then drink my shake by itself. My question is..does it matter when I consume fats or carbs with my protein at each meal?? Depending on how the food is eaten and in what order, will my body digest them differently or the same? Thanks for your help bros.
